Tour de France 2012
With less than 60 days until the Tour de France 2012 starts all eyes are on the form of the race favourites. Early billing has seen Bradley Wiggins show his credentials with the recent win in the Tour of Romandie. Cadel Evans is lacking some race fitness after some minor health issues during the Spring Classics whilst Andy Schleck has been a bit off colour to date. Frank Schleck is now headed for the Giro d'Italia which kicks off this weekend so will play more of a support role during the TdF.
We still have some last minute options for the Tour de France 2012 in the Pyrenees and also in Paris. To view the range of options click here.
Looking further ahead, the 100th Tour de France runs in 2013, we have already received strong interest for the event. If you are thinking of coming over individually or as a group, contact us to pre-register for our tours or to develop a private group program for you.
Champagne
On the weekend of the 13-15th of April, SportsPulsions.com hosted a private corporate group for a weekend of cycling and degustation. The group enjoyed a fantastic weekend from the gourmet meals to the hosted rides and private tours of the Champagne Houses of the region.
Guest hosts for the weekend included 1987 Triple Crown winner (TdF, Giro & Worlds) Stephen Roche along with actor and racer Paul Belmondo. Having these two legends with us was an honour and certainly a highlight for our guests.

Paris Roubaix 2012
Tom Boonen proved to be the king of the Classics season this year including a dominant performance in the Paris Roubaix race. Thank you to all our guests who joined us on the tour. Our group enjoyed VIP course access through our race accreditation with stops on the significant sectors of cobbles including the Foret d'Arenberg before watching the race conclude from inside the velodrome in Roubaix. Along the way the group cheered the arrival of the racers with champagne as part of their picnic lunch!
Pre-registrations are in place for 2013 so make sure you secure your place early as 2012 was a sell-out here
